Exhibition
New work from across the collective, hung together for one night only in the scout hut on Hope Street.
Open all evening

Samhain is the turn of the season, and the night the veil between this world and the next was said to wear thin enough to let people through. Not a horror story: a time for lighting a lamp, laying an extra place, and remembering the people we've lost.
Our version is a warm one. Work hung in a hall, masks and lanterns made by hand through the afternoon, then everyone out on the road together as the light goes.

Afternoon, all ages
We gather at the brewery and walk the short route together by lantern light. Masks encouraged, mud likely.
At dusk, from Distant Hill
Sets running through the evening, taking in folk, fiddle and whatever else the night seems to want.
Line-up announced closer to the date
Shadow plays and short pieces staged between the rooms and along the route. Blink and you'll miss one.
Throughout the night
Both venues sit on Hope Street, a few minutes' walk apart. The procession links the two.
